Yes! We have an Emergency Maintenance Team available 24/7.
You are encouraged to submit an online work order through our Resident Portal. If it is an emergency, call our leasing office during "business hours", or contact our maintenance emergency line for "After Hours"
You can submit a work order online and our maintenance team will take care of work orders within 24-48 hours. Emergencies will always be a priority.
No, but you can leave detailed instructions in the "Access notes" section of your work order. Examples include: call first, dog is locked, etc.
Our smart locks will warn you by blinking red when running low on battery. Make sure you enter an online work order for our maintenance team when this happens and we will be happy to switch them out for you.
You are allowed to decorate your new home; however keep in mind that any excessive modifications in the apartment such as color change, big holes, etc. will be charged at time of move out unless you restore it back to original conditions.
ON-CALL DEFINITIONS OF EMERGENCIES
Following are the Emergency Procedures for Wesley Apartment Homes:
EMERGENCIES:
- Flooding apartment
- No Power (as long as power has not been shut off for non-payment)
- Fire
- NO AC if outside temperature is above 85 degrees
- Building sewer back up
- Flooding hot water heater
- Door or lock not secure or Working
- No toilet if there is only 1 toilet
NON-EMERGENCIES
- Garbage Disposal Jammed
- No Heat when outside temperature is above 55 degrees
- No hot water
- Trap Leaks (under sink drains)
- Dishwasher not working
- tub or sinks clogged unless overflowing, and stove not working!
Non-Emergency calls will be attended to within 24-hours. Upon move-in all lights in the apartment are working. After move-in, the resident will be responsible for replacing bulbs as needed.
Wesley Apartment Homes strives to complete service requests within 48 hours. If the service request cannot be completed within 48 hours, the Manager will call to inform you of the status of the service request.

Our pool & grills are Open from 9:00AM -9:00PM during pool season.
Yes, we offer parking for $60 per space on a first-come first-serve basis. Select units offer direct EV charging with an assigned parking space for $100 monthly. Ask your Personal Leasing Consultant for more details!
Yes, all units have Washer and Dryer connections. Select units have Washer and Dryer Units installed already for you.
Yes, we are a pet friendly community.
One Time Fees: Pet Deposit of $200 AND Pet Fee of $200 . Pet Rent - $20 monthly.

While we do not offer a dog park, we do offer a Paw Spa and Dog Run space on property. With our location and proximity to the Beltline, you have over 22 miles of trails to hike and explore with your furry family members!

Trash & Recycling chute #1 is located in the parking deck on the eastern wall between the 2 hallway entrances. Trash & Recycling chute #2 is located in the corridors directly to the right of the freight elevator.

Pest Control comes to our property once every week. Please place an online workorder to be placed on the complimentary and unlimited pest control service.
We are equipped with a Luxor Package system that will allow you to pick up your package at your own convenience. Register and receive a unique code to retrieve your package from out package room! Security cameras are on 24/7.
Our amazing Fitness Center is accessible 24/7.

All residents must register their Resident Portals via the Rent Cafe website or mobile app. There you can link your bank account, debit or credit card to make your rental payments. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Our properties are required to have Protect the Apartment - Entry Level. With Entry Level,
renters Insurance is also a requirement. If the Gold or Silver Level's are chosen, than Renters Insurance is not required but, is advised. Check our our website at ProtectTheApartment.Com
No, we do not offer furnished apartments.
Our minimum lease term is 6 months.
It is not an INSURANCE policy - It is a "A Liability Waiver". Sign up for the discounted protection program ($10/month) along side with renters insurance for FULL Coverage! Be proactive in case of any unintentional accident occurs, so you are not financially responsible for the gap of what your insurance will not cover. No, Utilities are not included in your rent amount.
We are completely electric. A GA Power account must be active on your Lease Start Date. Every apartment has its own water meter, so you will be responsible for your water usage as well.
We offer RIME internet (We also have Comcast pre-wired).

Guest vehicles must be registered while parking in the Guest Parking Deck. Each resident gets their own unique guest code. You can pre-register your guests, or they can do it themselves at time of arrival. Make sure you share your code with them.
A New Security Deposit is required for each apartment when transferring apartment homes. There are also associated transfer fees and notice requirements. Please give us a call to learn more.
No, subleasing your apartment are NOT allowed. However, you are allowed to add a Roommate anytime during the lease terms. Added Roommates must be approved by Management and pass qualification criteria.
Our Residential Lease Contract allows a lease to be terminated by giving a 60-Day Notice and paying one (1) month's rent as termination fee.
